EVCLAS Account Deletion Request
If you would like to delete your EVCLAS account and associated data, please submit a request using the information below.
Email: support@evclas.com
Include the following information in your request:
• Full name
• Phone number associated with your account
• Email used to register in the EVCLAS app
Once your request is received, we will process the deletion within 30 days.
What will be deleted:
• User account information
• Driver profile data
• Personal contact information
What may be retained:
• Transaction or trip records required for legal, tax, or fraud prevention purposes.
